The Wings Home is seeking big hearted caregivers to provide direct care for our patients at end of life.  The Wings Home is a non-profit, that provides free services for Wings of Hope Hospice patients.  Up to four patients can be at there at a time.  Caregivers greet new patients and their loved ones, help them to settle in comfortably, cook meals, give medications, assist with dressing, toileting, wash laundry, sanitize surfaces, and clean the home.  Most importantly, caregivers listen, encourage, and provide patient centered support.  There are three day shifts, 7am-12pm, 12-5pm, and 5-10pm.  A background check  and training is required. Volunteers work on a team with staff.
