Using primarily volunteer staff, we provide free health care services, health education, advocacy and referrals. The General Clinic is open every Tuesday evening from 5 pm to 8 pm by appointment only. We also offer a follow up clinic the first, second and third Tuesdays from 1 pm to 4pm for patients who have chronic health problems. Every third Thursday of the month we offer a Women's Health Clinic from 5 pm to 8 pm. We offer free exams, pap tests, and screening mammograms to those who qualify. Other programs include no cost diabetes education program and community health worker services. City on a Hill Health Clinic is a non-profit, community based organization. Our mission is to welcome, in the spirit of Christ, all people of Allegan and Ottawa counites who do not have medical insurance or are underinsured and lack adequate resources.

We are in need of medical professional volunteers. This includes physicians, physician assistants, nurse practioners and registered nurses. The Health Clinic is open Tuesday evenings from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The Women's Health Clinic is open on the third Thursday of the month from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM. We are in need of nurses during the evening clinic as well as during our afternoon clinic and women’s clinic. We are in need of providers for the General Clinic and Women's Health Clinic. Volunteers normally arrive between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM and stay until all registered patients have been seen, usually about 8:30 PM.You choose the dates you would like to help, and come as often as you are able. Just one evening every 2 months is a great way to make a difference!
